"I just wanted to say a big thank you for the adult art session last night, I enjoyed every minute of it. For a few years now I’ve had a nagging feeling that I wanted to find a way to be creative again but in the back of my mind I still held on to the feeling of “I’m not good enough”. Your approach is helping me to remember that it’s ok to do something just for fun - it doesn’t matter about the end result. It’s ok to play and experiment. So I really just wanted to say thank you and please keep doing what you’re doing"
